Agreement between User and Nirvana Smoke Shop (nirvanasmoke.com)

Welcome to nirvanasmoke.com. The nirvanasmoke.com website (the “Site”) is composed of various web pages operated by Nirvana Smoke Shop and nirvanasmoke.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of nirvanasmoke.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms and Conditions. Please review these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Your use of nirvanasmoke.com is subject to Nirvana Smoke Shop Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Nirvana Smoke Shop do not knowingly collect, whether online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of 21. If under 21, you are strictly forbidden to utilize this site, purchase goods, or conduct any association with the Site and/or Nirvana Smoke Shop.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Nirvana Smoke Shop want our loyal customers to feel confident with their purchases and aim to provide excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made in writing to our Customer Service department at nirvanasmokeshopsc@gmail.com within twenty-four (24) hours of the date (“Product Received Date”) your product is delivered to the address provided by you or your company representative.

Once orders are submitted online, we cannot apply any discounts or coupons. Please ensure that your order is correct before submitting, including the items, quantity, pricing, and discounts (if applicable).

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 14 days of the Product Received Date, for purchases from nirvanasmoke.com . The product must be unused and unopened for us to accept. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and may incur a restocking fee of a minimum of 25%. Certain services made available via nirvanasmoke.com are delivered by third-party sites and organizations.
